- How long does delivery take?
- Normal delivery time is 2-3 days but during the busy holiday season some delayes may occur and the delivery time may extend to 3-5 working days. We kindly ask you to place an order well in time before the holidays.
- When should I place my order the latest to get it on time for Christmas Eve?
- Our warehouse team is working hard to ship deliveries in a timely manner. We estimate that orders placed by 19th of December will reach their recipients in time for Christmas Eve. The sooner you order, the better as we are experiencing an increase in the number of orders during the holiday season.
- How much does delivery cost?
- Standard shipping fee of 4,90€ will be added to orders below 70€ in value. We offer free shipping across Germany for orders over 70€.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Sofort bank transfer.
- Where are the orders delivered and how are the bottles packaged?
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bremen. Our warehouse team packs bottles carefully in shipping secure boxes so you can rest assured that the bottles make it to your doorstep in one piece.

- Do you offer gift wrapping?
- Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
