This elegant sour cocktail requires a bit more patience and skills, but rewards you with a delicious taste.
Ingredients for 1 person
3 cl O.P. Anderson Original Aquavit
1 cl Xanté Cognac & Pear
Dash Absinthe
2 cl Cloudy apple juice
2 cl Lemon juice
1 cl sugar syrup
1 Egg white (optional)
Preparation
Measure ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain in a glass.
If you want a longer drink, top with soda. Garnish with a dried lemon peel.
