Ingredients
2 cl Lemon juice
1.5 cl Sugar snap juice
1.5 cl Sugar syrup
Pinch of salt
Garnish: Sugar snap peas
Preparation steps
Measure and pour the O.P. Anderson KLAR, sugar snap juice and lemon juice into a shaker, add ice and shake hard.
Fine strain into a coupette.
Garnish with fresh snap peas & a pinch of salt.
