Story
Wormwood has long been one of the most widely used medicinal herbs and is found in many drink recipes. Bäska Droppar began its days as a popular stomach medicine at the turn of the 1900s. It was first sold as a tincture in pharmacies for mixing at home with unspiced spirits.
In 1917, Vin & Spritcentralen in Sweden began selling ready-mixed Bäska Droppar in a bottle. Today, the product is manufactured according to artisanal methods at O.P. Anderson Distillery in Matfors outside Sundsvall, Sweden.
