With this recipe you will make approximately 30-40 pieces. It will take roughly 15 minutes to make the mixture and 2-3 hours for it to set in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • 150 g dark chocolate (50% cacao or higher)

  • 75 g dark chocolate (60-70% cacao)

  • 1 ½ dl cream

  • 2 tbsp Blossa glögg

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 25 g butter

  • cacao powder

  • coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the chocolates.

  2. Measure the cream, glögg, and honey into a saucepan and boil. Pour the hot liquid over the chocolate chunks. Stir until the chocolate starts to melt.

  3. Add in the butter in small pieces and stir until the mixture is shiny and smooth. Allow the mixture to set in a cool place for a few hours.

  4. Once the mixture has solidified a little, shape it into round balls or spoon the mixture into a piping bag and squeeze into small caramel/candy molds.

  5. Just before serving, roll the truffles in cocoa powder or coconut flakes.

  6. Serve at room temperature with Blossa glögg.
