Eggnog with Xanté Dark Chocolate

The festive winter holiday drink offers delicious flavours of cinnamon and chocolate.

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 4 cl Xanté Dark Chocolate

  • 4 cl Milk

  • 1.5 cl Espresso syrup

  • 1 Egg

  • Cinnamon

  • Orange peel

Preparation

  1. Espresso syrup. Prepare espresso and add same amount sugar into the coffee. Once all the sugar has dissolved, allow the syrup to cool completely.

  2. Measure ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

  3. Double strain in a small wine glass.

  4. Garnish with orange peels.
