Farmer's julep

Mint Julep in village style.

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 3 cl Koskenkorva Sauna Barrel Vodka

  • 2 cl Sweet Vermouth

  • 1.5 cl Cola syrup

  • Dash Absinthe

Preparation

  1. Cola syrup: Simmer cola in a sauce pan until about one fifth of the liquid is left. Let syrup cool down and bottle for storage.

  2. Put mint leaves in the cup, rub them gently with a muddler, add crushed ice.

  3. Pour ingredients over ice and churn.

  4. Top with crushed ice.

  5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
