Ingredients for 1 person
2 cl O.P. Anderson Distillery Organic Gin
2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup (50/50 sugar and water)
Champagne to top up with
Make the sugar syrup by mixing water and sugar in a saucepan. Let it boil slowly until the sugar crystals have dissolved. Let cool.
Measure ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Pour into glasses and top up with champagne
