Green Light Collins
The Swedish mojito with an aquavit base.
Ingredients for 1 person
5 cl O.P. Anderson Original Aquavit
2.5 cl sorrel syrup*
2.5 cl lemon juice
1 Lemon wedge
Soda water
Preparation
*Sorrel syrup preparation: Blend 75g of garden sorrel (provides better texture than wild sorrel) with 50cl of simple syrup in a blender. The sorrel syrup stays fresh in the fridge for up to a few days.
Measure all ingredients in a shaker except the soda.
Shake, then strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Top with soda and stir.
Garnish with lemon slice.
