More than a Cava in a striking bottle.
True Colors was first launched in Sweden on February 2017 by Altia. The aim was to collect funds to the local LGBT community by donating a certain sum per bottle sold. From every bottle sold at nordicspirits.com €0,50 is donated to the Swedish Regnbågsfundet.
How it's made
The cava is made by using the traditional method. It comes from the region of Penedes with grapes selected from the varieties Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada, and a touch of Chardonnay. Thanks to 14 months of aging, it has some toasted aromas.
What it tastes like
True Colours is dry and fresh sparkling wine. The taste is minerally and toasted with aromas of citrus and apple. The mousse is pleasant. Cava is a name for a Spanish sparkling wine that has been produced according to the traditional method.
How to use it
Enjoy True Colours Cava in a great company as a toast or aperitif. It also goes nicely with tapas and fish dishes.
