Valhalla French Toast

For 6 portions of French toast, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 6 slices of buns

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 200 g gorgonzola cheese

  • 250 g berries (e.g., blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)

  • 1 portion Valhalla raspberry sauce

Cut the buns and fry the slices gently over medium heat until crispy. Slice the cheese and fresh berries and place them over the bun slices. Drizzle Valhalla raspberry sauce on top.

For 1 portion of Valhalla raspberry sauce, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 dl raspberry sauce

  • ½ dl Valhalla Herb Liqueur

  • 1 tbsp honey

Measure the ingredients in a saucepan and boil for approximately 10 minutes or until the mixture turns syrupy. Serve with French toast, pancakes, or ice cream.
