Lennart and Hugo finally meet! A combination of the immortal pear classic from the 90s and the popular elderberry drink with Prosecco can only mean one thing: good + good = even better.

Xanté Hugo Spritz

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 4 cl Xanté Elderflower & Pear

  • Cava or prosecco

  • Mint

  • Lime slices

Preparation

  1. Cover the bottom of a large wine glass with mint leaves

  2. Top up with a layer of ice.

  3. Add another layer of mint leaves and finish with another layer of ice, all the way to the top of the glass.

  4. Pour over the ingredients

  5. Stir gently and garnish with lime wheels
