A sour style cocktail with vodka and sherry.
Ingredients
2 cl Koskenkorva Blueberry Juniper Vodka
2 cl Oloroso Sherry
Dash Xanté Cognac & Pear
2 cl Lemon juice
1 Egg white (optional)
1.5 cl Homemade raisin & cinnamon syrup
Preparation steps
Measure all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously and double strain in a coupette glass.
Garnish with cinnamon.
