Farmer's julep

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 3 cl Koskenkorva Sauna Barrel Vodka
  • 2 cl Sweet vermouth
  • 1.5 cl Cola syrup
  • Dash Absinthe

Preparation

  • Put mint leaves in the cup, rub them gently with a muddler, add crushed ice.
  • Pour ingredients over ice and churn.
  • Top with crushed ice.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig.
  • Cola syrup: Simmer cola in a sauce pan until about one fifth of the liquid is left. Let syrup cool down and bottle for storage.
