Farmer's julep
Ingredients for 1 person
- 3 cl Koskenkorva Sauna Barrel Vodka
- 2 cl Sweet vermouth
- 1.5 cl Cola syrup
- Dash Absinthe
Preparation
- Put mint leaves in the cup, rub them gently with a muddler, add crushed ice.
- Pour ingredients over ice and churn.
- Top with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
- Cola syrup: Simmer cola in a sauce pan until about one fifth of the liquid is left. Let syrup cool down and bottle for storage.
