Ingredients for 1 person
- 4 cl Koskenkorva Blueberry Juniper Vodka
- 2 cl Lemon juice
- 1.5 cl Sugar syrup
- 1 Tbsp Raspberries (or raspberry syrup, or raspberry jam)
- 1 Egg white (optional)
- Muddle raspberries in a shaker with the liquids and add egg white.
- Shake vigorously with ice and double strain in a coupette glass.
- Garnish with raspberries.
