A Swedish drink rendering an audaciously fruity and spicy interpretation of the Cosmopolitan notably with aquavit instead of vodka.

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 5 cl O.P. Anderson Original Aquavit
  • 2 cl Lemon juice
  • 1.5 cl Sugar syrup
  • 1 cl Peach liqueur 
  • 1 Fresh strawberry
  • 0.5 cl Fresh ginger juice
  • Orange peel

Preparation

  • Add simple syrup and strawberry to the shaker.
  • Muddle, then pour the rest of the ingredients into the shaker.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously.
  • Fine strain into a fancy cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with a flamed orange zest.
