Delivery
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver only to Germany through Amazon.de. If you are from another country and wondering where to purchase some of our products, please reach out to us and we might be able to help you find a distributor.
How long does delivery take?
Normal delivery time is 2-3 days but during the busy holiday season some delays may occur and the delivery time may extend to 5-7 working days. We kindly ask you to place an order well in time before the holidays.
Where are the orders delivered and how are the bottles packaged?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bremen. Our warehouse team packs bottles carefully in shipping secure boxes so you can rest assured that the bottles make it to your doorstep in one piece.
Problems
There is a problem with my order, who can I contact?
Please email us at hello@nordicspirits.com with your order number and/or other details and we'll get things sorted. During the holiday season we are receiving more inquiries and are doing are best to get back to everyone within 24 hours during working days, please be patient with us.
What should I do if there’s something wrong with the product(s)?
If you suspect that there is something wrong with the products, contact us via email and our team will take care of the issue. If you have already opened the product, close it, leave it as it is and wait for instructions.

Our organic products include O.P. Anderson Original, O.P. Anderson Klar, and Blossa Organic Vinglögg.
Where are the products produced?
Most of our products are produced in the Nordics at our distilleries either in Finland, Sweden, Norway, or Estonia.
