Wondering about something? Here you’ll find answers to most frequently asked questions.

1. Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver only to Germany. If you are from another country and wondering where to purchase some of our products, please reach out to us and we might be able to help you find a distributor.

2. How long does delivery take?

Normal delivery time is 2-3 days but during the busy holiday season some delays may occur and the delivery time may extend to 3-5 working days. We kindly ask you to place an order well in time before the holidays.

3. What is the last day to order to get drinks in time for Christmas Eve (24th of December)?

Our warehouse team is working hard to ship deliveries in a timely manner. We estimate that orders placed by 19th of December will reach their recipients in time for Christmas Eve. The sooner you order, the better as we are experiencing an increase in the number of orders during the holiday season.

4. How much does delivery cost?

Standard shipping fee of 4,90€ will be added to orders below 70€ in value. We offer free shipping across Germany for orders over 70€. 

5. I have a promotion code, where can I enter it?

After adding products to your cart, click 'View & Edit Cart' and enter your code in the 'apply discount code' field.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Sofort bank transfer.

7. Where are the orders delivered and how are the bottles packaged?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Bremen. Our warehouse team packs bottles carefully in shipping secure boxes so you can rest assured that the bottles make it to your doorstep in one piece.

8. I'm not sure which product I should buy (as a gift)?

We recommend having a look at our gift guide with top picks from the Nordic Spirits team here. If you're still unsure, please don't hesitate to drop us a message at hello@nordicspirits.com. We'd be happy to help you out!

9. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

10. There is a problem with my order, who can I contact?

Please email us at hello@nordicspirits.com with your order number and/or other details and we'll get things sorted. During the holiday season we are receiving more inquiries and are doing are best to get back to everyone within 24 hours during working days, please be patient with us.  

11. How can I make a return?

All our products have a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return your product, please contact us via email hello@nordicspirits.com and we will guide you further. Please notice that the products should be unopened and in their original condition.

12. What should I do if there’s something wrong with the product(s)?

If you suspect that there is something wrong with the products, contact us via email and our team will take care of the issue. If you have already opened the product, close it, leave it as it is and wait for instructions.

13. I’m vegan, which products can I buy?

All our products are vegan friendly with the exception of True Colours Cava.

14. Which products are organic?

Our organic products include O.P. Anderson Original, O.P. Anderson Klar, Koskenkorva Vodka Organic, and Blossa Organic Vinglögg.

15. Where are the products produced?

Most of our products are produced in the Nordics at our distilleries either in Finland, Sweden, Norway, or Estonia. Our cognacs, Larsen and Renault, and Glubbel Sparkling Glühwein make an exception to the rule with the former being produced in Cognac, France and latter in Spain as it uses Spanish sparkling wine as the base.
