You can return unopened products within 14 days of purchase.

Right to withdraw from purchase

We want you to be happy with our products. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. Simply inform us at hello@nordicspirits.com and we will give you further instructions for returning. For returning, the products should be unopened and otherwise in good condition. Upon receiving the products, we will refund you the costs of the original order. Please notice that we are unable to refund the costs of the return shipment.

Returns of defective products

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are defective. In the unfortunate case that there is something wrong with the products you received, please contact us at hello@nordicspirits.com and we will give you further instructions for returning. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights as a consumer.
