A botanical cocktail inspired by long summer days and Midsummer bonfires.
Bonfire Martini
Ingredients for 1 person
3 cl Koskenkorva Vodka 7 Botanicals ‘23
3 cl Bianco Vermouth
2 cl Pine cordial
Preparation
Measure all ingredients in a stirring glass and stir with ice.
Strain into a chilled Coupe glass.
Garnish with a wooden stick that’s burned from one end.
Pine Cordial
Ingredients for 1 person
1 l pine extract drink
200 g sugar
20 g citric acid
Preparation
Mix sugar and citric acid into the pine extract drink until dissolved. Keep refrigerated.
