Lindesnes Club by bartender Emil Åreng is the perfect summer cocktail with Skagerrak Gin and fresh raspberries.

Lindesnes Club

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 5 cl Skagerrak Nordic Dry Gin

  • 3 cl Raspberry syrup

  • 2 cl Lemon juice

  • Soda water

Preparation

    1. Add large ice cubes into a wine glass and measure all the ingredients on top.

    2. Top up with soda water.

    3. Stir gently and garnish with fresh raspberries.

Raspberry syrup

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 200 g fresh raspberries

  • 5 dl water

  • 200 g sugar

Preparation

    1. Add the raspberries into the water and bring to a boil.

    2. Extract the foam and let boil for approx. 20 minutes.

    3. Strain the berries and add sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.

    4. Let cool and store in the fridge.

Fun fact! The cocktail is named after the Lindesnes Lighthouse in Norway which is one of the three Nordic lighthouses that surround the Skagerrak Sea region. All three including Hanstholm Lighthouse in Denmark and Pater Noster Lighthouse in Sweden are pictured as dots on the front of the Skagerrak Gin bottle. The colour of this cocktail is also the same as the top of the Lindesnes Lighthouse.
