Valhalla is a tasty herb shot developed and produced in Finland. It was inspired by the rough conditions of the Nordics and combines 15 different Nordic herbs creating a unique liqueur rich in flavor.
How it's made
Valhalla is made from 15 different Nordic herbs that have had to withstand rough conditions to survive and grow. The main herbs in Valhalla are Angelica archangelica (wild celery), Achillea millefolium (yarrow) and Artemisia absinthium (wormwood).
Different herbs are carefully selected, extracted and distilled. The recipe is blended, then matured to allow the unique spices to meld together.
What it tastes like
A worthy combination of citrus, bitter herbs and spices rounded with licorice root. The taste is strong, gently bitter, sweet, rough, and complex with a fresh after taste. Valhalla is the herb shot with a strong character of Nordic spirit.
How to use it
Valhalla can be enjoyed as an ice cold shot, but it has been developed so that that it tastes very good also in room temperature. Therefor it’s great to take it with you when you go out to your travels and hikes.
