Ingredients for 1 person

  • 4 cl Xanté Cognac & Pear

  • 2 cl Lemon juice

  • 1 cl sugar syrup

  • 1 Ginger slice

Preparation

  1. Measure ingredients in a shaker.

  2. Shake and fine strain into a coupette.

  3. Garnish with a slice of ginger.
