This elegant sour cocktail requires a bit more patience and skills, but rewards you with a delicious taste.

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 3 cl O.P. Anderson Original Aquavit

  • 1 cl Xanté Cognac & Pear

  • Dash Absinthe

  • 2 cl Cloudy apple juice

  • 2 cl Lemon juice

  • 1 cl Sugar syrup

  • 1 Egg white (optional)

Preparation

  1. Measure ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

  2. Strain in a glass.

  3. If you want a longer drink, top with soda. Garnish with a dried lemon peel.
