Xanté Coco Coffee Colada
The unexpected alternative to Irish coffee.
Ingredients for 1 person
5 cl Xanté Cognac & Pear
1 tbsp Cane sugar
15 cl Coffee
5 cl Coconut cream
Preparation
Build the drink just like an Irish coffee: Xanté, sugar and coffee in a glass.
Top up with whipped coconut cream. (Tip: it is enough to shake the cream in its packaging for a few minutes.)
The cocktail works equally well served on ice in the form of an ice coffee.
