Xanté Coco Coffee Colada

The unexpected alternative to Irish coffee.

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 5 cl Xanté Cognac & Pear

  • 1 tbsp Cane sugar

  • 15 cl Coffee

  • 5 cl Coconut cream

Preparation

  1. Build the drink just like an Irish coffee: Xanté, sugar and coffee in a glass.

  2. Top up with whipped coconut cream. (Tip: it is enough to shake the cream in its packaging for a few minutes.)

  3. The cocktail works equally well served on ice in the form of an ice coffee.
